With slightly increased width, the Crackerbox models work best with quads, the Shuler Five Fin or new Shuler Tight Tri fin set ups. Comfortable sizing combined with lean rocker, allows the Crackerbox to catch even junky hesitant waves with ease and will connect sections that a full-on short board could only dream about. If you love short board-like surfing but don’t have the wave quality or conditioning that comes with highly frequent surfing, the Crackerbox models got it going on.
